A very clean, modern, and well-designed hotel. The room is stylish, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need, including new kitchen appliances and utensils. Everything is in excellent condition, and the location is very convenient. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

This property is well maintained and the service was excellent. It is roughly 10 minutes walking distance to the train station which has routes to Nuremberg and Rothenberg. When I arrived I was overwhelmed at how clean the hotel was from lobby to room to gasthaus.I stayed there for eight nights and on one occasion around 9:00 PM I was eating in the gasthaus and I could see straight into the kitchen with its clean white walls and a lady was standing on a ladder cleaing the insides of the light fixtures and ceiling. Loved my stay here! Easy and comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful at opening a parking spot up for me every time I returned and the hotel was quiet and antiquated (in a good old Germany type of way)

This hotel is tucked away and very unassuming. My family stayed here for a kids sports event in the area during the early spring season. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly & welcoming. I imagine this would be a great place to stay in the warmer season with all of the activities available: horseback riding, biking, hiking, etc. The kids swam in the pool during our stay and had a fun time.

We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay at Burg Colmberg. We had wanted a hotel with old world charm but were not expecting such modern amenities in the rooms, too! My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was amazing. Relaxing, beautiful views, right in the center of town, close to everything. We will be returning for sure!
