Had some problems checking in but the staff were super friendly, spoke english and was just reassuring through the stay.
Only issue was the smoke smell around the halls for those in dorms but it goes away once in the capsule.

"The staff was super friendly and they all spoke English well. The breakfast was good and had enough options for foreign travelers. There was a good cheap noodle shop in the small shopping area across the street. The gym was fairly well equipped as well. I would stay there again."
