I had inquired if there were stairs to any of the rooms. I received a reply that all were accessible by elevator. Unfortunately, we had a room that had stairs to the bathroom! With the bathroom being upstairs, the air conditioning did not reach it. The bathroom faced the sun, so it did become pretty warm by afternoon and evening. There was some noise at night on and off. I presume from the football games. One major odd thing that happened was that we seemed to have a king bed. When we came back after being out, we had a smaller bed, which seemed to be correct size for our "Plaza Executive double". The bed was definitely about 8" (eight inches) smaller width wise. You could clearly see on the floor the foot markings of where the old bed was. (I took photos as well). This happened in the middle of our week long stay.

Ok the room was spacious being one of the larger rooms and clean. Bed and bedding great. Location great. One downside was I could not get a late checkout for 1 or 2 hours even if I paid which was a little downer. Apart from that all good.

The BoTree was one of the highlights of our trip to London. The rooms were beautifully designed and very comfortable, and the location made it incredibly easy to explore the city, with countless bars, restaurants, museums and shopping all within walking distance. What stood out most was the level of service. After a small issue, the Head of Guest Relations reached out and turned the experience around, which was a thoughtful gesture and speaks volumes about how much they care about their guests. The only minor inconvenience was having our room keys reset a couple times but it didn't take away from an otherwise fantastic stay. We'd gladly return.

Great location in Central London. Excellent Breakfast buffet. Cabs out front all day so easy to get around town.
