“The room was clean. But, the mattress was old and uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was the same unappetizing biscuits and gravy every day. The toilet didn’t flush properly”

“It is worth it to get up early for the omelet. I waited in line for 20-30 minutes (starting out with about 10 people ahead of me), and it was delicious. May options! I didn’t get there until roughly 8:05 on a Friday morning. Ten dollars for parking, but they waived it because I signed up for Hilton Honors. WiFi is free unless you want to upgrade. Lots of rooms (43 on our floor), and 7 floors, but there were three elevators. I didn’t have to wait long for one. Bacon was a hot item at breakfast...

“The building is run down, very outdated and poor conditions. The front desk woman was very unfriendly when we arrived. We asked for a lower level room because we had a big cooler and they don't have a elevator. Also the drain was clogged in the bathroom and the next morning wasn't working at all. Front desk again wasn't helpful at all.”

“The pool was closed for maintenance, the first room we got has a dirty plunger in the bathroom and the toilet was full and disgusting. The staff was kind enough to get us a different room but the fan in the bathroom was missing and the ceiling around it was all black mold. Originally I had got a room with two beds because it was two adults and a toddler, the room they moved us to has one bed but we were told there was a pull out sofa, which would have been fine if there was bedding to go with...
