Leider stimmte unser Zimmer 202 mit der Darstellung auf unserer Buchungsbestätigung überein. Es war klein und sehr verwinkelt durch die Badabtrennung anderer Zimmer. Das Fenster klemmte und ließ sich nur schwer öffnen. Es fehlte eine Beleuchtung über der Sitzecke sowie ungenügende Ablagen für Kosmetikartikel im Bad, Positiv: freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit im Zimmer und das reichhaltige Frühstück.

Wir waren für eine Veranstaltung im Kongresszentrum in Wernigerode und haben dieses Hotel gebucht, weil es einerseits gute Bewertungen, einen akzeptablen Preis hatte und direkt neben dem Zentrum liegt. Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus ein paar, die zum Gebäude gehören, aber wesentlich weniger als Zimmer, so dass wir abseits parken mussten, was abgesehen von einem nahen Parkhaus etwas schwierig ist, da die komplette Gegend entweder Anwohnerparkplätze mit entsprechendem Berechtigungschein oder mit Parkuhren zugepflastert ist. Der Empfang im Haus selbst war überaus freundlich, das Zimmer größer als erwartet und sinnvoll eingerichtet. Es stehen Wasser, (Instant-)Kaffee und Tee (inkl. Wasserkocher) zur Verfügung. Das Bad war ausreichend groß und alles sauber. Es gibt einen modernen Fernseher ausreichender Größe. Das WLAN haben wir nicht getestet. Das Frühstück ist einfach nur Klasse und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen, egal ob Eier, Würstchen, Käse, Wurst, Müsli, Jogurt, Obst oder aufgeschnittenes Gemüse. Ganz klare Empfehlung! Wir haben selten in Wernigerode zu tun, aber wenn, werden wir wieder hier sein.

Kunde gjorts så mycket snyggare.

Låg bra. Inredningen på hotellet, som var nyrenoverat, kunde gjort såå mycket snyggare. Öppningen på duschkabinen var smal och golvet fruktansvärt halt. Halkade och det kunde slutat mycket illa. Receptionisten myckt tillmötesgående och hjälpsam.
