"The room was clean. It was very convenient to enjoy the River Walk and a wide variety of food. We did not eat at the hotel. The room was clean, a little dated but not bad. It was very odd that you have to exit the hotel to get to the hotel but its not a far walk around the building. The cruise shuttle worked out perfectly. I was surprised find that part of the hotel is used for campus housing. There were no problems with that at all. We would definitely stay there again for a cruise out of Tampa."

"We were there for an event that needed a large meeting room and this facility can handle a lot of people. . The food was very good and was on time and the staff that served us was very good and my only complaint was if I wanted a bottle of water or diet Coke there was no way to pay for it except in line at the check-in station and the check-in station usually had two or three people waiting to check in. They use wristbands To access your motel room and the swimming pool and public areas. Even though there were a lot of people staying there, it never felt crowded and the swimming pool was super large, and only 3 and 1/2 ft deep with hundreds of chairs and they had a wonderful bar and you can get handheld food there and french fries and appetizers. I felt like the rooms have had a recent renovation and they were delightful to stay in with full kitchens. They had a large dining room, large living room and we were in a two bedroom two bath. To get to the rooms initially, they give you a ride on a golf cart. The valet was super helpful And we were always able to get our car quickly."
