"Most of the Tropicana Hotel in Atlantic City was clean, however the restrooms at the Pool on the 5th floor at the Chelsea Tower REEKED OF A TERRIBLE URINE ODOR and obviously was not cleaned for hours on July 4th 2026. Also the lower level staircase that led to the street exit on Atlantic Avenue in parking lot garage REEKED OF A TERRIBLE URINE ODOR and it was obvious that the staircase was not cleaned in weeks possibly months if not over a year!!!"

"My first stay at the Hard Rock Hotel was absolutely excellent. The staff provided great service everyone was incredibly helpful and pleasant throughout our visit. A major highlight was the performance by the band at the Lobby Bar; we really enjoyed the live music! My significant other and I were there celebrating her 50th birthday, and it was the perfect spot for it. The pool was also delightful and refreshing. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it!"

"Room was comfortable but definitely had not been vacuumed. We stayed in the Dennis Tower and it definitely needs a makeover- it looks like its not been touched in 30 years. . The restaurants were good - especially the two Gordon Ramsey ones and check in and out was easy as was parking"
