Everything was great, but our room didn’t have a safe. We asked about it, but nobody could help us. They also need to let guests use the stairs—we were on the second floor and had to wait the elevator for five minutes just to go up one flight.

Older property so expect some dated furniture and wear and tear. Rooms could honestly use a refresh and new paint but hey, when in New Orleans, the time is had outside the room! The staff was pleasant but not as much attentive as they could have been. We encountered a problem with the AC in the room and despite multiple notifications to management, there was no resolve. Although it was a short two night stay, the agony of sweating during sleep wasn’t pleasant to say the least and I longed for home where I could be comfortable while resting. Not my idea of a home away from home. The breakfast was great and the omelette stations were excellent. That’s prob the best part of the stay. Also, a Great location.

This is a great place to stay in New Orleans. Very well located as it is easy walking distance to some of the different neighborhoods. I liked that it wasn’t in the French Quarter because then it was a bit quieter. The room was great. And was actually fairly quiet most of the time. The breakfast buffet was a good deal as well. Lots of options and way more than just a continental breakfast. The only things that weren’t great was that the pullout bed had a pretty bad mattress. And there was no cleaning during our five day stay. But maybe that was something we just needed to ask for. All the staff were really fantastic and super helpful and made us stay great. I would definitely stay here again.
