"The resort was truly fantastic! The pool was stunning, and we captured some breathtaking photos. The service was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable. My only minor issue was with the shower—the water didn't get cool enough, and the faucet didn't fully switch to the showerhead. Aside from that, everything was immaculate and comfortable, and the check-in staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I was genuinely impressed with the level of hospitality!"

"The food was not how we remembered it at all. That's one of the reasons we chose that hotel. My son also stated he felt like there wasn't enough chlorine in the pool. We had a good trip but it's not as good as it was when it was the Holiday Inn Express a few years ago "

"Muy buenas habitaciones / muy cómodas /servicio excelente solo que les falta un poco de limpieza en la ducha del baño. / La comida no es muy buena si te sales de lo típico . hamburguesas nuggets etc (cumplen con el standar) si pides el sub de langosta, fatal… la atención en todas las áreas es EXCELENTE! "I would not stay in a downtown hotel in Sarasota again. There was really nothing to do. Of course Lido Beach and St Armand’s Circle were near but not within walking distance. I would have liked to get up in the morning and walk somewhere. I also didn’t like paying $50/day parking but there was no choice. Downtown is congested with traffic. I also didn’t like not even getting a free cup of morning coffee."
