“Whitby is a lovely place to stay, great for families ”

“Really small cottage not really suited to 4 people, only one 2 seater sofa in living room, small bathroom, whole cottage could do with a freshen up, good location & comms from host & stay was really good. ”

“The Cleanliness of this apartment was apalling stained dirty carpets, kettle was filthy hairs and dirt just about everywhere and cobwebs and spiders just about in every corner of each room couldn’t wait to leave I’m so pleased we had only booked one night.”

“Parking space very small to the point my husband had to climb over to the passenger side to exit the car. Rear entrance very grotty. Flat itself was ok and clean but small double bed lumpy and uncomfortable. Bedroom also very hot and stuffy. Good use of a small space though and well equipped ”

“Clean and well equipped property ideally located for anything in Whitby - though of course, you should be aware that many streets in Whitby are steep and pavements narrow. A welcome pack was a nice touch. Recommended.”

Communication with the owner was top class and prompt replies, nothingvwas too much trouble. My family had a very relaxing time at the property, my 3 teenage boys would definately return again with us. Lovely sunny weather too made morning coffee on the front a great start to our daily adventures. Paul & Alison. ”

“Det var inte perfekt städat när vi kom, men hade kontakt med ägaren om en matta som var smutsig. Det är en basement flat och det blir nästan alltid fuktigt i en sådan. Men vi trivdes ändå bra. ”

“Fantastic stay, the decor in the cottage is very tasteful and it was very comfortable. Fantastic location too close the beach and restaurants. Fantastic view of the steps and abbey from the third bedroom. The only downside is the stairs are very steep and are a concern for children. We told ours not to use them at night (they are 6 and 8 years) and to shout for us.”
