The security doors did not work with key access but other than that we really enjoyed our stay! This is the BEST SMELLING hotel I have ever stayed in! I will stay here again!"

"My original check in was for Friday the 17th until Tuesday the 21st. On Monday the day before checkout I went to the front desk and explained I needed another day. I thought I had payed for my checkout to be on the 22nd turns out it was for the 21st my original check out day. It was my fault for not reading the receipt, but I thought explained myself pretty thoroughly. I went out for some food and came back to my room locked. Went to the front desk and they had no idea what I was talking about. They found the receipt and said my check out was for today. Which is incorrect because I paid for another day. Hopefully I will get a refund for one of those transactions if not I will be calling my bank to cancel BOTH. "
