“Rooms were clean, breakfast was fresh and all the staff were welcoming. We stayed for baseball tournament and the location was great. ”

Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. ”

“We booked through Expedia email said to cancel appointment it had to be by 4pm we didn’t even find out we would need to cancel appointment until after 4pm because our flight got in at 3:30pm, we had to pick up our car rental and then drive over an hour to get to the hotel. When we finally got there the room smelled so bad like bleach or chlorine I could barely breathe. We went to get another room somewhere else and checked out the next morning as by the time we got another room it was late and...

“Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.”
