“Our room was decent, bathroom had a few loose fixtures. Beds were comfortable. The air conditioning work very well. Walls thin, we could hear people talking. Breakfast was okay, not a lot of options; eggs a bit watery and cold and only fruit available was an apple. One “sugar” flavored yogurt, not for diabetics. The drink station with juice and water had an “out of order” sign our whole stay. Tried to wash and dry clothes, but dryer was not working. Lobby water fountain was out of order.”

“The bathroom was dirty and the floor was not swept; there was hair on the floor and the sink was dirty. The Air Conditioner did not cool the room and the temperatures outside were not that hot. This is the second time I have stayed at a Courtyard where they did not pay attention to the details. I have been a courtyard member for years and this is very disappointing. Most likely the last time I would stay with Courtyard.”

“There was a hole in a towel that had brown stains all over it. The coffee mugs were dirty in cabinet. The floor throughout the place was disgusting. The counters in the kitchen areas in our room were covered in stains and dust. The breakfast was poor quality. Normally I don't leave such bad reviews but it was not what I have come to expect from Marriot after many stays at Towneplace with excellent experiences.”

“It was okay. I felt safe and it is right on the beach. However, the bathroom had springtails in the sink and a cockroach came out of the sink drain one day. I never saw another, but one is enough. The floors are damaged from water, but no mold or anything that I saw. It's livable for the price, but not luxury.”
