"Staff was helpful "

"The front staff were very kind and helpful. While the property was overall clean, it was very dated and not well maintained. The furniture and walls were worn and patched, and key cards to pool area and some of the external doors didn’t work. This hotel needs a facelift bad! In the room, the location led to a LOT of road noise from the interstate, but also the bathroom sounded like a plane during takeoff and you can’t turn the vent off. The deadbolt to our door didn’t work and we weren’t told we had an adjoining room and the deadbolt to that door didn’t work so we didn’t feel safe. Again, the room was clean and I could tell the linens had been washed, but they were stained in a large prominent area. The bed is very comfortable, but I couldn’t sleep at all because of all the road noise and guest noise. My son loved the pool and he had no complaints but I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"The location was convenient and check in was easy. There was a strong odor when we walked in the lobby. It seemed to have never gone away. The room also had a bad odor. Parking was good. The room was okay. The carpet could use replacing (throughout the facility). Overall, if I ever stay in this area again, I would choose a different hotel. There are several choices. "
