7.4/10 Good! (1,376 reviews)
The room was small, but okay for a single room.
The en-suite bathroom was absolutely impossible though. It was almost impossible to step into the bathroom and close the door without having to step into the shower and close the door then.
Smallest bathroom I've ever seen anywhere.
The water in the shower was a drip at best and took almost five minutes to turn warm.
But it was clean and staff were nice.

Loved the location. Just a few minutes walk to Paddington, Bayswater, and Queensway train / tube stations. Very clean and nice surrounding area with an amazing range of pubs and restaurants, in various price ranges. Fast food to very high-end eateries. The hotel is very clean and nice, but very typical in size for Europe / UK. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to many of the sites most people visit, palaces, Hyde park, Harrods’ etc. absolutely, recommend staying here.

We found all the staff immensely helpful and caring. In particular we want to thank Nalin who went out of his way to be of service to us.

"I will definitely stay here again. Great location, staff are superb and very friendly. Restaurant is really nice with plenty of menu choices. Only thing worth noting is the room I was in was adjoining on both sides and you hear everything if you are a light sleeper."
