"Breakfast was good except for one morning cook mixed chives in the scrambled eggs for color (why) kids and most adults did not touch them."

"Micro room was good, very small but adequate & decorated with a modern flair. Was missing a remote & ice bucket which was furnished on request. Roof top bar & restaurant had a wonderful outdoor seating area. Staff wasvery friendly. Only downside is the 30$ @ day parki ng fee. Valets were great however."

"After my first stay here with family during Pitt’s admitted student day, I’ve chosen this hotel every time I come out to Pitt- four times now? It’s clean and there is a spa-like scent that wafts through the whole building. The location in the center of campus cannot be beat, and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. "

"Not a fan of the no-staff on site sort of thing. It's supposed to all be automated but I can't stand signing in through a bunch of apps and making accounts just to get into my room. I had an issue or two while there that I wanted to ask a staff person about (parking options nearby, procedure for X or Y at the hotel) and instead I just found myself doing guestwork. The place itself was fine enough, but I just can't say it was any better than okay with how awful it was to bumble around like an idiot to try to figure things out rather than have a staff person help."

"Great area for food and shopping, very kind staff, and clean rooms! Pool was also peaceful, and the breakfast was legit the best hotel breakfast I’ve had so far!! surpasses 10/10!!"
