"Very small rooms asked about getting a bigger room they said there was nothing left that's about the room next door they said it was already booked but nobody was ever in the room the hot tubs were broken or too hot there's only one washing machine for an entire building and then we have little German roaches in the laundry room and in the room where we were sleeping and they fall on you at night"

"The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I liked that we could control the temperature in the room. The proximity to SeaWorld, various eateries and the freeway was a plus. The office and staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was adequate with eggs, biscuits, sausage, waffles, fruits, yogurt, cereals and danishes. The coffee was also good.
