“Great little glamping moment in the Catskills!”

But a couple things not good. There was knocking, banging settling, maybe the pipes? Don’t know but all night long it was very noisy and one more night I’m not sure I could stand it. “The Front Desk evening/ night auditor was AWFUL. He was incredibly rude, and refused to help my family check in . He caused 2 other guests a difficult check in and was not professional, and was saying hurtful things under his breathe. Very disappointed in the hotel. ”

The breakfast area is open 24 hours, so there’s always the possibility of coffee and a snack. It was well stocked with bagels, muffins, fruit, milk, and cereal.
