"The staff was friendly and helpful every step during my stay. I felt safe in the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The room-darkening blinds cut out so much light and traffic noise that I hardly felt I was in a city. While I never ate at the restaurant, it was clear that those who did were enjoying both the food and the ambiance. I think I found my forever hotel in NYC. "It’s accessible to get to where ever you want in the city made for a fantastic weekend of fun. The service was impeccable and when ever we asked for something it was promptly responded to. The AC was always working which was a blissful retreat from the muggy heat of the city. Definitely enjoyed my stay. "
