This three-photo panorama shows a large field on the south side of the public footpath leading from Balcombe Road (opposite the Steers Lane junction) past Toovies Farm, across the M23 and eventually to Copthorne. This land will be developed with housing as part of Phase 2 of the Forge Wood neighbourhood.
