"I had a few concerns with communication at the resort. First, we were not notified of the waterslides being shut down until the day of getting there. It was quite the shock since this is why we booked at this location. Second, my daughters husband sent flowers and chocolates for mother's day and the front desk lost them. I finally started getting text message communications on the last day we were there about events and what was happening. I would stay again if the slides were open and if I didn't get any deliveries. "

"Once through check in and room available the whole experience and quality of our stay was outstanding. Room was fully equipped with everything needed. Home from home experience. Check in could be speeded up with using just one person instead of being sent to different personnel for room & car pass "

"I would absolutely consider coming back! 2 Cons: there was not enough parking at registration which caused stress and parking fee plus tax was expensive. Pros: The staff were great; polite and attentive. The entire property was clean, comfortable, and food was excellent. "

"Literally everything is wonderful and onsite you literally don’t have to leave the resort the movie theatre is in the resort the show room where the karaoke is and shows are is on the property the water parks are phenomenal there are 2 of them the pools are great hot tubs , the rooms are wonderful and there are a lot of things around maybe 1-2 miles off the property as in dollar tree chick fil a Wendy’s McDonald’s mini golf Duncan donuts Walmart and many more stores it is phenomenal please choose them you won’t be disappointed and there are plenty of eatery in the resort also and not expensive I absolutely will be returning"

"If you stay in one of the more expensive suites in the main building, I assume your experience will be better. But the surrounding lodge-themed buildings are absolutely NOT a 4-star experience. More like 2 or 2.5 stars. Our bathroom door didn't close because the top hinge was broken. The bathroom itself was so tiny you didn't have any walking room in there. You step in and you're already in front of both the toilet and the entrance to the shower. You have to maneuver your body to close the door in front of you (if your door isn't falling off the hinges). Bed and bedding were both standard and in line with other 2/2.5-star hotels, not any better. The space was not very clean, with dirty grout and tiles, and dusty corners. We could hear the kids laughing in the room next to us, so no privacy. They overbooked so we were downgraded to a room with two queens instead of the king room we paid for, and the "discount" for that was waiving the parking fee. The front desk person was a bit rude ("If you want to stay here, we have a room with two queen beds."). There was not enough parking for everyone at the hotel. People were idling, waiting for other cars to leave so they could take the spot. Positives: large TV, modern sink, small wet bar."
