"Nice place with very comfortable bed. A bit noisy location, main problem is that heating system start to vibrate, several times during nigh that woke me and colleagues up. Very good breakfast, disadvantage is that you have to go outside the hotel to access it. Starts 6.30 though which is perfect for business. Hotel had not regognised the payment from hotels.com so they tried to get paid once more. No problems, they found the payment after a reminder and we got a good receipt for bookkeeping....

"I stayed here on two consecutive weekends as I was attending performances at the Opera House, for which the hotel is very well located. It is also am easy walk from the train station. Recently modernised the rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were all helpful and friendly and a special shout out to Anna on reception who went above-and-beyond in being so helpful."

"Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer für eine Nacht auf unserer Radtour gebucht. Leider wurde uns erschreckenderweise ein Kellerzimmer im Untergeschoss vom Nebengebäude zugewiesen, das dunkel, spartanisch und unangenehm wirkte. Auf unsere Beschwerde und Nachfrage hin erfuhren wir, daß das Zimmer auch an Monteure vermietet wird! Der Garten und der „verwahrloste Pool“ waren ungepflegt, unaufgeräumt, dreckig und vermüllt. Es lagen halbleere PET Flaschen rum und umfunktionierte Dosen wurden als Aschenbechern...
