"Staff super friendly and helpful. Room perfect. Only downside was that we stayed there for an event at the adjoining Tampere-Talo and the hotel bar didn't open at all that day. With a couple of thousand people in the building I would say that's a serious business error"

"Enjoyed staying in the igloo. Staff very helpful. Used a great local taxi (arranged by reception) to get around as uber declined to pick us up. There’s not much to do in the immediate vicinity but easy to get to Santa village and town centre. We stayed when there was no snow and snow hotel was not built, so will return in the snowy season to see it."

"The room was small by American standards, but very comfortable. I slept well in the comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. Only complaint was that the shower had a gap in the door and leaked water all over the bathroom floor. Not sure if this is the case in all the rooms, but was a problem in room 304."
