"Drawers had hair and crumbs inside them. Pool chemicals were so strong I couldn’t even sit to watch my kids before my eyes statingbuting just sitting there. Kids did not get in and we left because of the toxic air and water. Hotel is trash, used to be nice. Last time we stay there, and I said that the last time too but tried again. Pool is always gross and rooms too"

"The room wasn’t very clean. The breakfast had few choices and even the ones offered, were empty. The garbage bin was overflowing. Instead of napkins, some brown, hard paper towels were offered (the kids you would use in a bathroom to dry your hands). The staff wasn’t around to take care of it and when called, it took too long to make more eggs."

"Hallways were dirty, food and garbage scattered all over. Everything smelled of cigarettes or weed. Poorly made media center was tipping so the drawer would not close, my husband hit his shins on it on the way to the bathroom. Bath tub and sink were stained. Couch had a huge hole. Sheets were rough, mattress was lumpy, towels were very small. No soap or shampoo in the shower. Water pressure was low. There’s a leak somewhere in the bathroom so floor was wet. Check-in staff was fine, check-out staff avoided eye contact and ignored me. "
