"The hotel was OK certainty not good. Food quite nice and room comfortable AC aside. When I checked in they wanted payment, despite my having paid Expedia. The wifi was down (a frequent problem,) so until it worked I couldn't show the receipt. The AC in the room scarcely worked The snack bar was rarely staffed"

"It is an Oasis in the middle of nowhere, great reception and dining area , beautifully decorated and the food was excellent , best I had in Morocco outside of Marrakesh The room on the other hand was so so, it is a harsh climate and it shows, one of the sliding doors did not open anymore , a few paint chips here and there, no AC (which was tough in the afternoon heat) , just a ceiling fan. "West Point Dakhla hotel is exactly as advertised, I booked a bungalow with beach front which was nice, the beach is just a few steps away. The only thing they don’t tell is the staff is amazing, friendly and organized. All of them care for the client’s comfort. The food is ok with the unique Dakhla taste. The installation is safe and well maintained. I didn’t use the tour services, but the airport transfer was great. In case I come back to Dakhla, definitely I will look for this place."
