"Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great. We stayed 2 nights before joining Caravan Tours for their Mt. Rushmore & Yellowstone trip. Hot tub was very nice after hours of driving to the attractions around Rapid City, Day 1,. Mammoth Site, Custer State Park Wilderness Loop and Needles Highway, Day 2. Bear Country USA. Jewel Cave and Devil's Tower, Day 3. Badlands and Minuteman 2 missile facilities, We had dinners from Marco's and McDonalds across the street. We grabbed lunches and groceries from Timmons Market a t minute drive south of the hotel."

"Staff goes above and beyond. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was home-cooked wonderful and tasteful. My husband has an allergy and the manger had chef prepare something for him. The beds are very high but comfortable. I’m short so my husband asked for a stool for me to be able to get into the bed and they were very helpful and provided one. I would highly recommend a stay."

"We loved the large one bedroom room as we were staying a week but the room had an unpleasant Musty odor. The furniture was stained as smelled badly. We had to cover it with bed coverings to feel comfortable sitting on it. Carpet and furniture needed cleaned or replaced ASAP. Water never got hot, only warm. Bed was comfy but pillows were to small and flat. The insulation between floor was less than ideal and could here upstairs neighbors walking and talking thr entire stay."

"The bedroom we had for six nights was good. The bathroom was horrible. The tub and fixtures were ancient and were not clean. We had to demand the free $25 food voucher and had to talk to people at the front desk twice before we got it."
