"The rooms are dated and haven't been deep cleaned in a while. The beds and pillows were not comfortable at all. We stayed 6 nights and were told sheets and towels would be changed on day 3. I had to request housekeeping on days 3, 4, and twice on day 5 to before receiving service. The pool area is ok, but also not very well maintained or clean. I recommend going to the desk for pool towels each time. Staff does not check the area and replenish towels regularly.
We chose this location because it was highly rated and pet friendly. The pet area is covered in feces. I understand that is mostly on the irresponsible owners, but something the property should address daily to improve the experience of all guests. Including those of us that paid an additional nightly fee to bring our pets."
