Hu. Hotel
2/10 Terrible
"Arrived on 5/30; check out on 5/31. I didn't like anything about it except for the A/C in the room. Whenever I visit a hotel, the first thing I do is inspect the sheets and wipe everything down. After inspecting the sheets on one bed, my daughter noticed that there were yellow stains on the sheets. She tried calling room service and no one answered. She went down and asked for more sheets for the bed. A very rude and unprofessional lady brought them and was going to hand them to my daughter until I said, hold up we have to change the bed. The staff let us know that she was just told to bring them up. Hmmm. So, if you don't want to touch the sheets, why should we touch the sheets? She came in and jerked off the bedding with plenty of attitude but the bed was changed. We went out on 5/31 and came back to our and it smelled like weed. We don't smoke plus we were gone so why was there a weed smell in the room. Other stuff: no ice machine and nothing to put any ice into, red stain on bottom of bed foot rest, iron didn't work, bathroom faucet leaking, toilet paper holder broken, #2 stain in toilet, poor lighting/dark room, everything dated. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO SCRAPPY DOO! WE DROVE 6 HOURS FOR THIS ISH!"

Memphis Vitality Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Awesome! They had a dining area where you can get things whenever, and everything was digital! Super helpful and friendly staff. Def will be staying here again if I pass through Memphis"

Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis
10/10 Excellent
"Great location, it smells amazing every time we walked through the doors. There were plenty of chill games to play in one area. Ping pong, table ice hockey and more. Beautiful indoor sun rooms with grass walls and string lights. The property is well managed and clean, pool area is super chill with games to play on the turf and a fire pit to relax by. Lots of private intimate seating with sockets to charge your phone. My only 1 complaint was the weekend valet staff. One smoked marijuana and left the lingering scent in my car. You could smell it when you walked up outside but to have it in my car really upset me. I paid $36 a night plus tips from my husband. I feel like I should have been refunded for my parking."

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Memphis Airport Graceland

"Love the vibes always helpful when I fly in and out from Cali"

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Memphis Southwind by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"We were in Room 324 at the Holiday Inn Express in Memphis, Tennessee. There was no internet access during our 2 day stay. Simply not acceptable and feel it's basically false advertising. The breakfast was not up to par with the rest of my stays at Holiday Inn Express or IHG properties. Pancakes were doughy and basically uncooked. There was a parked car outside my room window and it was full of trash. It remained in the parking lot throughout our stay and remained there when we left. The outside door that provided access to the electrical panels was unlocked and opened. A total breech of security and safety for the employees as well as the guests. TV did not work during half of our stay and continued to go in and out. A very say representation of Holiday Inn Express hotels. We were there for 2 days and no one ever entered the room to clean, empty trash, make the bed or provide fresh towels. The microwave plate would not rotate and it had to be removed to warm coffee. Glass shower doors were very difficult to open and close. A sad representation resulting in our decision to never stay at a Holiday Express Motel in during our future travels or vacations."

The Peabody Memphis
8/10 Good
"Beautiful hotel with a large lobby and live entertainment. We like the high quality restaurants on site. Comfortable beds and rooms, however bathrooms could be larger. No double sink or 2 person capacity in some rooms."

The Guest House at Graceland
8/10 Good
"The hotel itself was beautiful and definitely has that resort feel to it. I do wish they had a shelf in the shower to put our soap and shampoo instead of on the floor and the water pressure was kind of lacking but otherwise it was nice. The pillows went flat after about 5 minutes so we had to double up on them so I’d recommend bringing your own. The mattress though is really soft and comfortable. Same with the carpet in our room. The staff was very nice and helpful right away. They explained everything from the start and were all super friendly. Made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast at deltas kitchen was excellent, only got charged for 1 buffet instead of 2 because our server was amazing and she loved us I guess. The one thing I didn’t like was the location surrounding the hotel. Didn’t realize how rough that area was by Graceland. Definitely wouldn’t go out at night too much in that area and don’t leave anything valuable in your car. The parking lot is monitored with several security guards and cameras but still I wouldn’t leave anything too important in there. All in all, we had a great stay."

Sleep Inn & Suites Memphis Southeast
2/10 Terrible
"When I called no one ever picked up.the room was disgusting the chair alone looked as if someone spilled powder or possibly mold on it. I ended up leaving and getting another hotel room . Would not recommend"
