“Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room.
This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home.
I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered.
The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable.
The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it.

“We stayed for 2 nights in the triple room and had the best time. Firstly the location is FAB! You couldn't get any closer to the beach. The room was comfy with a great sized bathroom. Lovely tea/coffee facilities in the room. The hotel staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were celebrating my mums birthday and they decorated the room with a banner and we had a drinks voucher for the bar which was a lovely touch. The breakfast each day was perfect. “Excellent hotel. Everything is well laid out and perfectly furnished from the elegant bathrooms to the welcoming rooms. Even the stairs are perfect with their quality wooden flooring. The whole building has a good feel to it.

The voucher for a cocktail in the basement bar was a delightful surprise. The basement bar with its Saturday DJ may be catering for the younger generation, but it was great fun, even for us with only few grey hairs...

Shenandoah House about 5 minutes walk from the beach and is close to local shops, restaurants and cafes. It is also within walking distance to the Turner Gallery and Dreamland.
