"Ikke et resort som titlen ellers antyder !! slidt mørkt hotel med store mangler. Mørkt i alle lokaler da gennemsnitligt halvdelen af pærer i lamper var defekte. Ikke opvarmet skiopbevaring, så alt for fugtigt og dårligt lugtende til at kunne bruges. En voldsom stank af ubehageligt parfumeret rengøringsmiddel, på værelset efter rengøring. "I stayed here 3 nights with my father and 2 children. The room we had was perfect - one room with a double bed, and a separate room with 3 twin beds I used with my kids, which gave everyone some privacy. A newly updated bathroom as well. The traditional German breakfast was amazing, and we enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant as well. Service and cleanliness were fantastic - I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, we really enjoyed our visit to the area. Thank you!!"

"This hotel was advertised with spa services food, and in close proximity to ski lifts. What they do not say is that the spa services in the pool they charge per person per day, the ski lifts are not even close and are not within walking distance. To eat at the restaurant you have to reserve it the day before and pay an €18 fee per person. They don’t serve lunch only breakfast and dinner on certain days. The front desk people were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Parking was another area of contention as there is not enough parking for the guests and the road to get to the parking spot is very narrow."
