Welcoming and very comfortable. Had booked into Westhill but were transferred to Airport. Very quiet which was unexpected being so close to the airport. Usual good breakfast. Noticed tables were not wiped down which was always done in other Hamptons we've stayed in, also no daily newspapers. Very little around but an excellent carvery/eatery 5 minutes walk away. Rooms only serviced every 3 days but this was not a problem for us. Our problem was parking as offshire workers leave their cars when flying out to rigs. We came back one evening and no spaces in car park. A staff member moved her car to let us have her space. The following night we had to park on their grass. We felt we could not go out in the car during the day in case we could not get our space back. It was very tying and very inconvenient. The staff were understanding and helpful wirh this issue but really not suitable for us.
My stay was amazing but the only downside was the 2 rude girls at the reception desk on my first night. All the rest of the staff were so helpful and freindly, just the 2 on first night
The room was very clean and looked amazing and the bed was so firm
Altho the bed was very noisy during our night time activities and squeaked a lot and was my first time going beyond a Premier Inn or Travelodge and I wasn’t expecting that from a Hilton if I’m honest but overall stay was good and breakfast was excellent

Staff, Hotel, room, gym were all brilliant.
Food on the other hand was not so good. Burgers were tasteless, bun was soft in the middle and hard on the outside.
Breakfast, eggs and coffee were disgusting. Went and got a mcdonalds.

Really disappointed in breakfast - no milk no bread no juice as machine broken, hot food ran out just after 9, no staff and had to ask for water

Very welcoming and clean hotel.
Bed was so comfortable and bathroom perfect.
The only negative was the cooked breakfast which was not pleasant at all. However there was a good selection of cereals, toast and pastries.

Newish hotel, room nicely appointed and tidy. Food on the evening was NOT good. The restaurant was reasonably quiet but the food took around 45mins to arrive. When it did it was very cold (Lasagne). I returned it to the Manager who gave no apologies, just took it back to the kitchen. Another 25mins later a 2nd Lasagne arrived...it was average! Breakfast - 6 out of 10

Nicely presented hotel but seemed very quiet during my stay and lacked atmosphere. Reception staff were very friendly. The rooms are clean and looked new. However, the pillows were so soft they were unusable which resulted in poor sleep. The food was nice, but there was a lack of choice and all orders were meant to be placed via an app. What's happened to good old restaurant service??

Stay was very good, staff were excellent and kept us informed about caronavirus updates, as we recieved a continental breakfast the morning we left sat 21st march. All nice ,just have to get into the way of heating system in room either to hot or too cold! We will return. Thankyou. Stay safe.

Weekend get away - great hotel even if a little out of Aberdeen - reception staff /service /room comfort and food excellent- great breakfast. Relaxing atmosphere -will definitely be back.

Very quiet Sunday evening stay in quiet residential area adjacent to a business estate in the west of Aberdeen. Very good welcome and service from staff. Good breakfast options. Recommended.

Room was clean and comfy with a lovely bathroom and nice toiletries. Complementary breakfast was very poor. Everything was finished 30 mins before service ended. Staff were few and far between and on checkout the receptionist explained that the breakfast was free and that they'd had a lot of last minute bookings, really! 100% satisfaction written all over the desk but means nothing.
