“If you need an inexpensive place to sleep, this place is awesome! No frills, but the property is cheap and safe. Walking distance to a couple restaurants, the local store, gas station, etc. AC, heat and shower work great. Especially a great place for fishermen in the winter who fish all day and then need a safe, clean, inexpensive place to sleep. Good parking for trucks with Driftboats as well. ”

“It was pretty complicated check-in, they started to use kiosk system, it was very slow. Finally, the key did not work, and we had to wait for the man who helped us with the key. The room was clean and comfortable for this price.”

“I didn’t have an ocean view this stay. Evidently, the cheaper rooms don’t have this view feature. ”

“We stayed at the Beachcomber in Fort Bragg and it was such a great experience. Waking up to that ocean view was unreal. The property was clean, well cared for, and everything felt simple and stress-free from check-in to check-out. Bonus points for plenty of parking!”

“Quaint English style Inn in beautiful Southern Humboldt. The best thing about this place is the bar/restaurant. We had dinner there each of the 3 nights we were there. Service and food were excellent. The room was unique with heavy scent of smoke from the wood burning fireplace (which we did not use). ”

“The property is currently undergoing an upgrade. We stayed during construction and it was still pleasant. Nothing beats the view! Befs are comfortable. Toilet is a little short. No complaints, it's one of our favorites!”
