"The room was filthy. There were no towels. No toiletries. Dirty toilet. The first room had trash all over and what appeared to be blood on a bare mattress. I went downstairs to ask for a different room and the guy said to give them 5 minutes to clean that room... i did not want that bloody mattress ..."
