"This hotel is a great option if you need to stay near the airport. It’s only a few minutes’ walk away, you don’t have to go outside, and they provide direct transportation to the terminal in the morning. The main issue was the noise from the toilets. Every flush sounded like a public restroom, and the sound from neighboring rooms could be heard very clearly, waking me up several times during the night. Ironically, I could see airplanes from my window and barely hear them, yet the toilets were much louder than the planes. Considering the price, this is definitely something that should be improved, as it affects the comfort of the stay. Overall, the location is excellent, but the bathroom noise is a significant drawback."

"The hotel is conveniently located in downtown, just tucked away on a side street. The staff are friendly. They provide coffee, tea and water in the lobby. In terms of dining options, there is a pub attached to the hotel. My hotel room unfortunately was small (looks to be less than 175 sq ft) and averaged about $337 CAD (before tax, property fees, etc). As a result, the shower was cramped with the shower curtain constantly attaching to you while you shower. The space is equivalent to a public washroom stall. There was visible dust everywhere, from the living space to the washroom. The bed was soft and springy. Overall, it was convenient but exploration of other accommodations should be encouraged. Perhaps it was the room that I was given the impacted my experience greatly."

"Parking was as secured place. Staff were very pleasant and accomodating. Room is clean. Just not satisfied with their breakfast, thinking it would be a great complimentary breakfast which offers variety of choices, yet they onlu serve bread and coffee."

"The staff was friendly. Check in fast and efficient. The property appears very clean, and comfortable with plenty of parking. It's in walking distance of restaurants, gas stations, and the Mall. I also enjoyed the full-sized pillows, and big screen tv! Breakfast was ordinary, but all in all the stay was great! I will definitely stay there again!"
