“Booked this hotel specifically for the pool on a weekend. Didn’t open the pool on time due to maintenance and was unable to use the pool at all! I understand that it was busy the day before and they had to ensure levels were safe, but fail to understand why they couldn’t have planned better to do it during a period the pool wasn’t scheduled to be open. Was pretty disappointed we spent the extra money on something that we couldn’t use and all they could offer was as “sorry about that””

“The room was just fine and comfortable enough. We did not use many of the amenities because our actual stay in the room was very short, but the kitchenette style would be very convenient for anyone planning a longer stay. The room was on the ground floor and we discovered both windows were unlocked, which would have allowed an intruder easy access. All rooms in that accommodation are ground floor, so we caution everyone to check that the windows are locked! Plenty of parking space.”

“Room was moldy smelly. Tv remote did not work, batteries were leaking out of the remote. Cost per night was alot for that place. Won’t ever stay there again.”
