“Great location, clean rooms, and great breakfast. Staffs were friendly. But they don't stay in the same building, so you have to call or go to a next door to find the staffs when you check in. ”

Property is very clean, bed very comfortable and breakfast has all you need to start the day. Very close to the redwoods which is a big plus for us as we do love the redwoods. “Wonderful stay in peaceful surroundings with a great view down into Rotorua. Close enough with a car to all the local attractions but far enough away from the busy town centre. Lovely breakfast, very comfortable room and even managed to find time for the hot tub! Would highly recommend! ”
