"The hotel’s interior design still looks elegant, classic, and well-maintained. The room temperature was perfect throughout my stay, making it very comfortable. That said, for the price I paid on a Saturday night—even accounting for weekend rates—I didn’t feel the overall experience offered good value. The room lacked several basic amenities that many guests might expect, such as cotton swabs, toothpaste, slippers, and even complimentary bottled water. While the bed itself was clean and comfortable, the fabric covering around the bed frame was not neatly tucked in, which detracted from the room’s appearance. Overall, the room showed signs of wear and could benefit from better upkeep. Dust was noticeable in some corners, suggesting that housekeeping attention to detail could be improved. Another inconvenience was the location of the charging ports, which were positioned far from the bed and not particularly guest-friendly. One standout feature, however, was the elevator service. Despite staying on the 39th floor, the elevators were impressively fast and efficient. Overall, Bally’s offers a beautiful classic atmosphere and comfortable climate control, but the room maintenance, amenities, and overall value for the price leave room for improvement."

"Staff was excellent 👌 Every employee we had contact with was friendly and helpful. The place is huge. We had to ask for directions many times. Our room was nice. It was older, but clean and fresh sheets and towels. We got lucky with Ocean front room. Fireworks right outside our windows. Nice bonus. The Casino floors were clean, well kept. It was lively and good vibe atmosphere. The pool area was beautiful. Clean, nice chairs & umbrellas. It was a spontaneous overnight trip for us, we had a great time."

"The employees at the counter for check in were not very friendly, helpful or personable. Housekeeping entered our room even after telling them we didn't need housekeeping. The bedroom windows were very much in need of cleaning. The glass door on the shower was off the track and didn't slide. There was an additional $90 in NJ resort fees tacked on even though my reservation said all taxes and fees included. Parking in THEIR parking garage was expensive and there were cockroaches in my room."
