“The room was not clean, stains on the ceiling and wall. Fan light had lots of bugs and dust, you could see it hadn't been cleaned in some time. There was a sheet but no blankets. When we asked for bedding we were told there wasn't any. They did find a blanket with cigarette holes and stains. The latch lock for the door was missing as well. Not removed it looked to be torn off. And I can go on.”

“No hot water. Broken clock. Threadbare chair. Broken staircase. Trash and used linens in the hallway. I had to wake up the front desk person asleep head down to check out who refused to give me an itemized bill until i asked a 3rd time. People spent the night in the lobby. Expedia didn't lift a finger after Red Roof sent me back to Expedia. RR and Expedia should've refunded me every dime. I have pictures of all of the above.
