"Very good except for no Microwave in the room anymore"

"This horel is a great option for the budget friendly traveler. It may not be the most glamorous hotel in the world, a.k.a. not a honeymoon or romantic getaway type of place. But for families and couples just getting away it's a great option. It's in a Great location, walkable to the Clifton Hills and Niagra falls, and many other attractions. This location has a pool, which I didn't use, but seemed popular with other guest.(smelt like a lot of chlorine) Overall very good budget hotel more recommend for families."

"The rooms were moderately clean - stuff on the walls and a none working coffee machine are my only complaints. "

"Yes the room was somewhat clean, but employees could use more training on how to clean the rooms and common areas, the building used to be very clean and nice, I was Proud to stay there, I stayed there in 2016 and in the year 2018, the place was spotless, but in 2020 I visit friends agsin stayed there and notice a huge downward difference in service cleanliness, the front desk hasn't been cleaned walls filthy and the rooms were okay found dirty vap pen on floor there is no coffee machine in the room, very disappointed, "

"Rooms were outdated and didn’t feel or look clean. And the noise! The walls felt paper thin. The people above were stomping SO loudly, the courtyard let kids scream starting at 7am (and the kids did!) it was so noisy. Will never stay here again "
