“This hotel is beautiful, very well maintained, clean and modern. We were only here for one night and couldn’t spend much time exploring the area because we had to get on the road again the next day for a cross country camping trip. For anyone experiencing a longer stay or not in as much of a rush, the hotel is conveniently centered right beside Jordan Creek Town Center and a multitude of shops with anything you could possibly need or want for a camping trip nearby. There is even an REI nearby....

“It was a typical room. A little scum in the corner is the bathroom. We had to also get extra towels and wash clothes as they only had 2 in the room. The breakfast was supposed to go until 9:30. We went down around 8:45 and there were only a few items left. We waited and nothing ever got replenished.”

“Our flight was canceled early that morning, so driving was our only option. Because of that, we had to request a later check-in time. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful when we called. About three hours later, I called again just to make sure our late check-in had been noted, and they kindly reassured me that everything was arranged and that we could simply pick up our room key when we arrived. “Hotel is conveniently located close to I80 & I35. The staff was busy during check in but very attentive and friendly. Our room was quiet (with the exception of a lot of kids close by screaming) and clean. The pool area is deteriorating and needs maintenance desperately. Rotting wood, mismatched paint, knob missing to turn the jets on the hot tub. We did not have breakfast before heading home but the breakfast area was busy and looked as though there was a wide selection of choices available....

The bathroom towels were filthy, and the toilet bowl had stains that made the space feel unhygienic. Even the AC unit had food particles stuck inside it.
