"It was so clean and amazing visit."

"Don't go here! The lady at the front was totally unprofessional. And after we figured out that my second room was booked for the next night and yesterday she said to come down in about 2 hours so she could talk to her manager and they could cancel it for me without any charge, low and behold this morning they proceeded to tell me that they are charging me for the roomi didn't even get to stay on! And that doesn't even top it of, my daughter that stays in town and my other daughter that lives four hours away from Oklahoma City and their families came to see me and she wanted to charge me for them swimming in the swimming pool. Then came to my room and told me my guests could only visit for an hour then they had to leave. I got into it with the front desk this morning and called corporate And let them know how unprofessional and rude they were and that I would never stay there anytime I come back to the city!! "

"TV did not work. Air Conditioner only worked part of the time"

"The lobby and restaurant area were very nice and clean. But our room was in need of total remodel - holes in the wall tears in the carpet and stains all over the carpet. The vanity in the bathroom was nice but the shower was in need of remodel. Staff were very nice and very helpfull. Food from restaurant was good and drinks at the bar were good."

"Stayed 3nights. First night/ day was great. Disappointed after second night when returned to room at 3:30 and it had not been serviced. They came by , but we were getting read to leave and needed to shower. Provided the extra towels and coffee we requested, but our bed hadn’t been made or overflowing trash emptied. Breakfast was very nice , area was clean..exercise room equipped, but arranged so no space to use balance equipment/ ball etc…"

"A good breakfast with eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy both days. The interior of building was dated, but solid a nice atrium with indoor plants sort of like a poor man’s Embossy suites. My room was large and square and had a separate living area from the bedroom."

"The room was clean, and the property was clean. The toilet was clogged where they brought me up a plunger and told me to fix it myself and both the front desk guys were just helpless and useless and took forever to check us in."
