They were great about providing additional coffee when requested and were otherwise super friendly and helpful. Great rooms as well, just a little noisy if your room overlooks the parkinglot / traffic donut out front.

Great hotel for families with their rooms setups. Conveniently located as a ski-in, ski-out place on the slope of Blackcomb. It's also nice that the free shuttle to town has a bus stop at this hotel. Would definitely stay there again with the family sometime!

Absolutely a stunning location for any trip. The suitcase fabulous for our girls’ weekend! The fresh water and such in the lobby helpful. The pool was amazing as was the hot tub. We had lovely forest views, a large balcony, and blue jays at our window constantly. It was a fabulous stay!
