“In general, it was nice place to stay. There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors. There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL. The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us". No help, No support and care, No interest.”

“Perfect location to Broadway, printers alley, restaurants and the riverfront. Loved the free coffee bar in the lobby, skipped Starbucks and made my chai tea latte every morning. Super spacious rooms with lots of luxury touches (loved the dimmable light switches). Sky deck was a great place to relax with great views especially if ur room has no windows. “The check in and checkout experience was great! Location is walkable to broadway -about 20 min walk. The 2 bedroom suite was suitable for out party of 5. Very safe with keypad entry to building and elevator. Staff was friendly and accommodating. ”
