"Room was clean. However, room service never showed to make beds and provide new towels. Had to ask twice, was informed they are short staff. Finally complained and about 9pm, towels were delivered. We had 4 people in this room for 3 days.
We also used their valet parking. Throughout the casino was signs stating if you purchase 50.00 or more any other restaurants, parking was free. Upon showing tha frontdesk my receipt, I was informed to show the parking cashier and I would get it free. Only to find out it's only for self parking. I explained, nowhere on any of their signs does it say for self parking plus the front desk said to show the receipt. She didn’t care. Extremely disappointed with this casino. Will not be staying again."
