"Our room was spotless and had excellent air conditioning and heating. However, the shower door had a peculiar design: it could only slide on the left side, which was inconvenient because the showerhead was on the right. Consequently, we had to step into the shower and turn on the water ourselves, so please avoid doing so while wearing a shirt! The room was clean, but there were only three thin and stiff pillows. The staff would enter our room when we weren’t there, which caught me off guard. They did take our dirty towels and clean up the floor, but it was disappointing that we were only allowed to take one towel, even though we had two beds and two people. This policy was in effect on Friday. On Saturday, the staff cleaned the room, took out the trash, but unfortunately, they didn’t leave any towels. The hotel also has a pool, which is quite nice, but it’s not very deep, only about 4.5 feet. I believe it’s a heated pool, as it was warm when I visited. The elevator system is quite slow. There are six elevators in total, but you can expect to wait about 5 minutes for one to arrive. With six people in our group, we would have to wait between 8 and 12 minutes. Another issue we encountered was the key. You can’t touch your phone while holding the key, or it will deactivate. Please be cautious with your phone and the key. In terms of amenities, the hotel doesn’t include free parking or breakfast. However, they do charge an extra fee for the “resort”."
