“The property is in an excellent location, easily accessible to Kings Beach, coffee shops and walkway along the beach. The unit had all the facilities that we needed. Perhaps because of the season (winter school holidays), the area was peaceful and quiet, and there was no trouble parking a second car on the street outside.”
