"This hotel is very clean and well maintained. Its location is very convenient to downtown Cloudcroft and the ski area. It has an underground parking area that provides easy access and extra connivence in the Winter months. The daily breakfast is below average with a limited menu. However, several good restaurants are close to the hotel. The showers don't have grab bars."
