Overall, we enjoyed our stay with this establishment. The building itself is somewhat old (thin walls, few/outdated appliances in the rooms), but the amenities available in the lobby area were stunning. We had originally been placed in a room near the laundry facilities and immediately noticed how loud the noise was in our room. When we brought this to the clerk's attention, however, she immediately moved us to another room at a quieter end of the hotel.

This is one of our favorite places to stay. The staff are so gracious and go out of their way to accommodate requests. We love the front desk staff, shuttle drivers and the cleaning crew. Jen, the manager is a gem. She was very attentive and made our visit enjoyable. Grouse Mtn is lucky to have her. The restaurant is fantastic and the breakfast is so good. The lobby is very inviting and cozy, with a lot of space. The giant stone fireplace is exactly the Montana vibe you expect, and the outdoor lounge furniture and fire pits allow you to enjoy the fresh air on those colder days. We look forward to coming back once the renovations are complete. We’ve seen the blueprint and it’s going to be amazing. We did hear the fireplace may be redone to look more modern. Please, please, please, leave it as is. It is perfect!

Staff is TOP NOTCH!!! They go above and beyond!!!! we absolutely love this property and we will definitely be coming back. They will be under construction for a bit to update and improve their beautiful resort. We can't wait to go back and visit them after it's done!!! we stayed here for spring break of 2025. I had the most fabulous time the spacious areas throughout the main lodge are fantastic to hang out in. one of our favorite focal points of the main lodge is their gigantic fireplace, which has rocks collected from the flathead lake from 40 years ago. It's breathtaking !! we heard rumors of the fact they might be taking this out during their remodel. NOOOO PLEASE DO NOT TAKE AWAY TGE FIREPLACE!! we beg that they reconsider this, but yet Design the remodel around keeping the fireplace!!!

The staff are incredible as usual. We stay here several times a year and are always made to feel welcome. Everyone from the front desk staff who are quick with a smile to the competent and friendly bartender right down to support staff who eagerly offer to help brush snow off your vehicle. Enjoyed our stay! Christmas Eve dinner for our family was excellent! Great service and restaurant atmosphere. Before dinner, we all enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. It’s huge and being outside makes it more fun. The next morning, before checkout, we used the fitness room, then back to the hot tub…… ahhhhh.
