Staff was great. The beds were small . We booked two queen beds and we got what felt like two full beds instead. The toilet was running when we got there but they sent someone up to fix it right away and it was fine after that.

Elevator extremely slow. Sometimes a 5 minute wait.
Breakfast buffet food was cold although sold as a hot breakfast.
Same drink glass I left on table at 6 pm was still there at 8 am.
