โLovely staff and a great room and shower, loads of room. A kitchen available should you want to self- cater. such a reasonable price and I would highly recommend it! 10/10โ
โDated, but with enough charm to make this aspect fade into insignificance. Great area too - plenty of on-site parking, peaceful, and with fantastic views from the dining area.โ
โLovely old building with some beautiful original features. The rooms we had were extremely spacious and the beds were very comfortable, I certainly had a great night sleep!
Breakfast was superb, a great varied menu and happy to make changes to suit.
One big bonus was the enclosed garden which was great for the dogs.
Sue and the staff we met were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.

โHaving been to a golden wedding celebration at Downton Old lodge, we needed a place for an overnight stay. The Loin was perfect. Lovely old beams, comfortable room with super bathroom, good food and pleasant staff. My choice gave me a lot of brownie points from my wife!โ
โWeโre stayed in a lot of places around Llandrindod wells while back visiting family. This is one of the very few places we would happily go back to!
Nice quiet area, a little bit out of townโฆ but you should expect this, youโve booked a stay in mid wales! Great breakfast, solid night sleep (although the mattress could maybe do with an upgrade if weโre being picky). Definitely will go back againโ

โWe had the hayloft that could sleep 3 but was a win for us as a couple. It was in a out building, with easy access to the garden, bar and dining areas, but was a bit difficult to get suitcases over the gravel pathway. Very quiet, lots of space and windows to open. The restaurant meal and breakfast was fabulous.โ
