โA lovely ocean side resort. Spectacular views and an easy walk into town along the waterside. The surrounding boardwalks have amazing views and feel very safe. Our booking included a continental breakfast which had a good range of cereals, danishes, yoghurt, fruit, toast/breads, juice/coffee. It was lovely but by day 3-5 I was craving variety and a cooked breakfast. Pack a warm jumper as it can be cool in the morning when having breakfast when it is windy (July).

โAs you are in an Island , you have to rely on their food options and restaurant, this would be shocking when you have a child and been told the food is finished or all the tables have been reserved! they should know how many guest on the Island to ensure the variety and enough food in reasonable prices available for everyone. โ
โOur family enjoyed our 3 night stay in a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment. It was clean, airy and bright, and had everything we needed including a kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Our room also had direct access to the heated pool. Upon booking, there was excellent communication provided by reception including quick confirmation of our stay, followed by informative messages regarding airport transfers, upgrades available and food options in Airlie Beach. โVery clean and convenient property located close to main street of Airlie beach. Walkable from port of Airlie and a very short walk to the beach area. Appt had laundry and dishwasher. clean and tidy with great views. We would go back. โ
โAbsolutely gorgeous rainforest retreat. Nice simple breakfast options. Bed was super comfy. It is quite a way from the town centre (not walkable or at least a LOOONG walk) but that added to the quietness.โ
