The owner and staff are very friendly and kind people the brand may not get much attention on Expedia but we had a huge bed and a nice little area to cook and eat a lot of amenities I didn’t expect to have here. It’s off the beaten path but it’s a good place for the average person or family and I recommend them! Mary Klemm

It is conveniently located. Check-in staff was courteous, and easy. Door keys are great. You can tell it recently changed hands and some work has been done, but more needs to be done on the rooms. Like cleanliness, missing hair dryer, no outside seating, vents in bathroom didn't work, GCFI plug didn't work, AC took forever to cool room (bought an oscillating fan and that helped ALOT), some marker like stains on the sheets, peels on ceiling. Just little stuff like that. Fabric softener not used on towels. But for the price it was just fine. If you want an economy price then you need to be fine with it. If not then you need to find a more expensive place to stay and pay the higher price per night.

After a 9 hours driving I arrive to a dirty room, the bed was made with used sheets, hair everywhere, stains on sheets pillows and the towels were very dirty. Floor was full of dead bugs and used personal items such as flosses. The bathroom sink was clogged and disgusting. The worst was the front desk lady said she couldn’t do anything. Because it was midnight already we couldn’t go to another place I want my money back!!!

One of the best place all inside this hotel updated,I don't know how other rooms, they give me room number 102 it was clean no dust inside. I was there last 2 weeks in Wichita falls I stay about three different place this is the best one and reasonable price. I was visiting their business purpose. I like it.
